Hot Bacon Mustard Dressing
2 bacon strips, diced
1 cup Honey Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp Granny M's Mandarin Orange Glaze
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 cup honey
In a skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Drain, reserving 2 Tbsp of drippings. Set bacon aside. To the drippings, add Dijon Mustard, sugar, Granny M’s Mandarin Orange Glaze, vinegar and ground mustard. Bring to a boil. Stir in honey and bacon. Serve warm over salad. Refrigerate leftovers and reheat before serving.
