Marinated Chicken Kabobs
4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can substitute shrimp, pork or beef)
2 red peppers
2 bell peppers
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 large onion
1 can pineapple chunks
garlic salt to taste
Granny M’s Hot or Mild Pepper Sauce to cover
Alternate putting pieces of chicken, pineapple, onions and peppers on sticks. Mix pineapple juice, garlic, salt and Granny M’s Hot or Mild Pepper Sauce. Marinate kabobs in mixture overnight and grill for about 15 to 20 minutes. Can also substitute Granny M’s glazes for pepper sauce.
