Mandarin Orange Glaze

Our Mandarin Orange Glaze is made from real sweet mandarin oranges. Our Mandarin Orange Glaze is perfect for salad dressings, ham, chicken, seafood, vegetables, stir-fry seasonings and dessert toppings.

Mandarin Orange Kielbasa Slices

1 lb fully cooked kielbasa or polish sausage cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 jar (12 oz) apricot preserves
2 Tbsp Granny M’s Mandarin Orange Glaze
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp ground ginger

In a large skillet, brown sausage, drain and set aside. Add the remaining ingredients to the skillet and cook over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Return sausage to the pan and cook for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through. Serve warm.
