Baked Pineapple Chicken Breasts
3 or 4 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Cut or sliced vegetables (squash, bell pepper, carrots, etc.)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp butter (cut up)
2 Tbsp Granny M's Pineapple Glaze
Place chicken in a baking dish. Add vegetables, Granny M's Pineapple Glaze, butter, salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and place in oven at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes.
