Our Pineapple Glaze is "Hawaii-in-a-jar" made with real pineapple. Granny M's Pineapple Glaze is perfect for ham, chicken, seafood, vegetables, hors d'oeuvres and as a dessert topping for pound cake, or cheesecake.

Pineapple Chicken Stir Fry

2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbsp oil
3 or 4 tsp Granny M's Pineapple Glaze

Cut chicken breasts into strips. Sauté in oil for about 7 minutes. Add Granny M's Pineapple Glaze and stir thoroughly. Let cook until lightly browned. Serve with vegetables or over rice.
