Pineapple Glaze

Our Pineapple Glaze is "Hawaii-in-a-jar" made with real pineapple. Granny M's Pineapple Glaze is perfect for ham, chicken, seafood, vegetables, hors d'oeuvres and as a dessert topping for pound cake, or cheesecake.

Pineapple Glazed Cornbread

2 cups corn meal
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 or 3 Tbsp Granny M’s Pineapple Glaze
1/2 cup oil
1 small can cream corn
1 3/4 cup buttermilk or regular milk
1 egg beaten
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (can substitute Monterey Jack cheese)
1 treated cast iron skillet (can substitute baking dish)

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Heat a small amount of oil in cast iron skillet. Combine all ingredients and pour into hot skillet. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until brown on top.
