Sweet Pineapple Sausage Rolls
1 tube (8oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
24 miniature smoked sausage links
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp Granny M’s Pineapple Glaze
1/2 cup chopped nuts
3 Tsp honey
3 Tbsp brown sugar
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 smaller triangles and put sausage link on the long end and roll up tightly then set aside. In a small bowl, mix the butter, Granny M's Pineapple Glaze, chopped nuts, honey and brown sugar and place the mixture into an 11"x7"x2" baking dish. Arrange sausage rolls seam side down in the butter mixture and bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 2 dozen rolls
