Mandarin Orange Glaze

Our Mandarin Orange Glaze is made from real sweet mandarin oranges. Our Mandarin Orange Glaze is perfect for salad dressings, ham, chicken, seafood, vegetables, stir-fry seasonings and dessert toppings.

Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

8 bacon strips
2 cans whole water chestnuts, drained
3/4 cup ketchup
3 Tbsp Granny M’s Mandarin Orange Glaze
Dash of salt

Cut bacon strips in half lengthwise and then widthwise. Wrap each bacon piece around a water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Place in an ungreased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes, turning once and drain if necessary.

Combine ketchup, Granny M’s Mandarin Orange Glaze, and salt in a small bowl. Drizzle over water chestnuts. Bake 25 to 35 minutes longer or until bacon is crisp. Serve warm.
